By purchasing a piece from our website, you indicate you acknowledge and accept these terms.

RETURNS & SHIPPING

  • All our pieces are vintage/antique and pre-owned, and due to their age, they will have some wear. Please examine the photos and videos closely before buying. I am happy to provide more pictures and videos before shipping.

    Ring that are resized will not be returnable.

    For all other pieces, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return the piece, please email us within 3 days of receipt. We will send you a shipping label to ship it back to us. Please use our shipping label only. Once the piece is received in its original condition, we will issue a refund.

    Note—
    A fee of $200 for pieces over $1,000 and $50 for pieces under $200 will be deducted from the refund to cover the return cost.

  • For shipping within the US, we offer insured shipping from Monday to Thursday. The package will come in a UPS box. All our package will require an adult signature upon delivery.

    International shipping will have a flat rate of $100 USD. Please contact us for more information.

    Please Note—
    Pieces shipped outside The United States of America will have additional taxes and duties. These charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For Layaway / Payment Plan we offer a 3 month installment plan. You start by providing a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your piece and take it off the market. You have 90 days to pay the remaining balance in full. Once we receive the full payment we will ship the piece to you.

    As layaway pieces are taken off the market for extended periods of time, they are not exchangeable, nor returnable.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and bank transfer.

    Note—
    Most banks impose a spending limit and we recommend you contact your bank and let them know you are about to make a large purchase.
