By purchasing a piece from our website, you indicate that you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Returns and Shipping

  • All our pieces are vintage/antique and pre-owned, and due to their age, they will have some wear. Please examine the photos and videos closely before buying. I am happy to provide more pictures and videos before shipping.

    Please note: Ring that are resized will not be returnable.

    For all other pieces, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return the piece, please email us within 3 days of receipt. We will send you a shipping label to ship it back to us. Please use our shipping label only. Once the piece is received in its original condition, we will issue a refund.

    Note—
    A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover for the return cost.

  • For shipping within the US, we offer free insured shipping from Monday to Thursday. For high value pieces, the package will require an adult signature upon delivery.

    For international shipping please contact us for more information.

    Please Note—
    Pieces shipped outside The United States of America will have additional taxes and duties. These charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. We will not have any control over the additional charges as they are not set by Anisa Antiques.

Payment Plans and Options

  • For Layaway / Payment Plan we offer 12 month installment plans. You start by providing a 10-20% non-refundable deposit to secure your piece. You have 360 days to pay the remaining balance in full. Once we receive the full payment we will ship your piece to you. As layaway pieces are taken off the market for extended periods of time, they are not exchangeable, nor returnable.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and bank transfer (Zelle, Wire transfer). We offer a 5% discount when you pay via bank transfer. As we are able to save on the fees, we can pass those savings on to you. For bank transfers, please get in touch with us at [email protected].

    Note—
    Most banks impose a spending limit and we recommend you contact your bank and let them know you are about to make a large purchase.
