A delicate and elegant floral motif diamond and ruby necklace, crafted in 18kt yellow gold. At the heart of the necklace is a tiny floral cluster with a round ruby at the center, and surrounded by six diamonds. Flanked on either side are two ruby baguettes and two tiny diamonds.
Details —
The gold is 18kt yellow gold. (Not stamped but tested)
The center ruby and diamonds are very small, and we don’t have an accurate carat weight for them.
The necklace is 16 ½ inches in length and has adjustable loops for a tighter fit.
The pendant part of the necklace is 20mm in width.
The total weight is 2.16 grams.
The Condition Note —
The curb chain is delicate and shows signs of wear with link friction and slight surface flattening. No breakage is noted, though link abrasions are present. The pendant part of the piece is in good condition, with the diamonds having a lot of shine, and the rubies are a deep red color. The origin of the ruby is not known.
